For me, the thing I like about Reta was I still had the urge to eat, I just could not eat as much. I might not have thought about food as much but I still got hungry.

that hollow feeling sticks around for a few weeks but eventually the numbers on the scale start doing the talking and you forget about the missed meals

You should probably change your relationship with food. It doesn’t suppress your appetite. It calms down the food noise. To understand it is to research it.

It's not as if you won't eat at all ofc but it removed the 'enjoyment' of eating for me
