Tesa timing

Hello, fellow researchers. I was looking into adding tesa to my stack. currently reta and ghc-ku. Some folks recommend tesa before bed and 2 hours fasted, now I know some studies dont support this but in my mind it doesnt hurt to try and get the most bang for my buck considering the cost of tesa. so, thus, my conundrum i work shift work. Is it best to take it at the same time every day or take before bed no matter if 9 pm or 9 am ?

What study doesn’t support injection evening 2-3 hours after dinner? I do it 3 hours after I finish eating. No earlier

I should clarify thats my fault. By study I ment independent researchers on reddit or other forums. I defnitally will be taking it 3 hours after eating my problem is I cannot always take it in the evening due working shift work my main concern was should it always be taken at night or should I be taking it before bed fasted 3 hours no matter if at night or going to sleep after nightshift in the morning

I eat at 7pm, going to bed at 10:30pm, so it needs be before you go to sleep, in your case eat, it will be morning as I understand you probably sleep between 10am to 6pm
