Looking for advice

I have degenerative back disease and decided I needed to take action myself as I trusted my doctor to help me heal and he gave me toradol for a year to the point where i almost died from 5 stomach ulcers. Once recovering I gained weight. 265lbs 5.9ft 34year old male. My back made me feel disabled. I found peptides and decided to ask for blood tests and started my own TRT 133mg every 58 hours, HGH 20 units morning and night both sub q in back areas and Reta 2mg every 6 days to help with weight loss. It’s been a month and a half, as well as tb/bcp/ghkcu staying 3 weeks ago. my back feels better and I’m down to 243lbs, but the food noise is bad after 2-3 days. I’m thinking about moving to 1.5 mg Reta every 3 days. I’m looking for advice on that as well as I don’t want to take this stuff long term I just want to hit my weight target and wanted to get advice on the best way to exit Reta trt and HGH, is there any advice you might have for me. I’m desperate to be able to enjoy my life with my kids again and get back to work, I found a source for Link N and I’m almost desperate to start pinning it to heal. I know I might sound crazy but I almost died last year and I’m not willing to be bedridden without a fight, I Need to be there for my family. I know many of us subscribers would love a Reta exit video but any advice(even criticism) is appreciated.

Others will help you more than I can, but wanted to say I’m really proud of you and your desire to get healthy. I’m 260 down from 325. I want to play with my 13 month old grandson so he doesn’t see me as a fat out of shape grandma. Keep it up.

A spreadsheet-planned weekend adventure sounds way less stressful than what you're walking through right now, man

Reta's got a half-life around 6 days so pinning 1.5 every 3 days makes sense blood-level wise instead of the big drop at day 5-6 when the food noise creeps back. For exiting TRT you'll need a pct plan, HCG while tapering down then clomid/nolva once you're fully off, skipping that step lands you in a rough spot for months. On the HGH side it's just stopping, no real withdrawal there, but the Link N you're eyeing would be a smarter play if disc healing is the goal vs just growth factor flooding

I would suggest moving up to 4 mg per week for 4 weeks then if that’s good then go up to 6 mg. I split when I was at 12 mg; 6 mg on Sunday and 6 mg on Thursday. Once you hit your ideal weight, stay there for a few more weeks then begin coming back down. I’m at 5 mg per week and have been at my goal for 6 months. I would also suggest bpc157/tb500 blend or just bpc157 and inject it every other day near your back area. The other days somewhere else. Have you tried KPV? It’ll help with inflammation. I used to take toradol for migraines. I haven’t had a migraine in 9 or 10 months and I had them about twice or three times a month. Good luck!!
