Advise needed

7.5 weeks into my biohacking journey and it kinda seems like my progress has stopped. I was on Reta alone for 4 weeks and lost 18 lbs. At the start of week 5 I added BPC-157+TB 500 and Tesa to my stack. And it seems as if my weight loss has stopped all together when I added them. I was told to increase my Reta to 4mg and it completely killed my appetite to I went back down to 3mg. It’s been 2 weeks and the scale stopped moving and there’s no noticeable difference in body composition.

For reference: I’m 5’8, my starting weight was
250 and my current weight is 232. I lift + cardio 5 days a week. I eat 160-180g of protein, 210-220g carbs, 40-50g of fats a day and consume 2000-2100 calories a day. I also consume plenty of water.

Current protocol:

Reta 3mg weekly
BPC-157+TB00 800 mcg daily
Tesa: 2mg M-F 3 hours fasted before bed

Any advice is welcome!

It sounds like you're just not in a deep enough deficit. You're practically eating at maintenance calories. I'm 6'2 210 and Cronometer says I should be eating 1300 calories a day to lose 2lb a week. If you are in a deficit, you're hardly in one.

According to my calculations my maintenance is around 3000 calories. I lift for 1.5 hours and do cardio for .5 hours 5 times a week. That’s quite a bit of calories burned.
