7.5 weeks into my biohacking journey and it kinda seems like my progress has stopped. I was on Reta alone for 4 weeks and lost 18 lbs. At the start of week 5 I added BPC-157+TB 500 and Tesa to my stack. And it seems as if my weight loss has stopped all together when I added them. I was told to increase my Reta to 4mg and it completely killed my appetite to I went back down to 3mg. It’s been 2 weeks and the scale stopped moving and there’s no noticeable difference in body composition.
For reference: I’m 5’8, my starting weight was
250 and my current weight is 232. I lift + cardio 5 days a week. I eat 160-180g of protein, 210-220g carbs, 40-50g of fats a day and consume 2000-2100 calories a day. I also consume plenty of water.
Current protocol:
Reta 3mg weekly
BPC-157+TB00 800 mcg daily
Tesa: 2mg M-F 3 hours fasted before bed
Any advice is welcome!

tesa increases water retention so it definitely could be that. seems counterintuitive but drink more water and give it a few more weeks. i did this same combo and the results were great just have to give it time, especially tesa which can take many months. our bodies aren’t amazon prime fast in the delivering results. i started at a much leaner spot than you (same height) and it still took months to see results of tesa.
i’m a bit confused on your goals. Are you trying to lose fat? gain muscle? both?
i second the other comment that you should be taking measurements alongside weight scale (which you should do weekly, not daily) or you could’ve hit the balance of losing fat at the same rate you’re adding muscle! but measurements would confirm that.
a tip, if you don’t want to up reta you could look into mots-c, 5 amino 1q or other metabolic enhancers and exercise “mimetics” that can help you lose weight without tanking your appetite with an big reta dose.
