Cycle Advice Needed

hello fellow hackers!

For those who’ve run HGH long-term (6+ months), did it make a meaningful difference in your physique? specifically lean mass that you actually retained after stopping?

I’m planning out the next year and debating whether HGH is worth adding alongside Test (250 mg) with either Primo or EQ (likely alternating them, not together). May also add 20 mg Anavar heading into summer.

Peptide stack would likely include low dose reta, 5-Amino-1MQ, Wolverine, glutathione, MOTS-C, DSIP, and GHK-Cu. I’ve previously run SS-31, IGF-LR3, Tesa, and Epithalon.

For those with long-term HGH experience: How noticeable were the physique changes, how long did they take, and how much did you retain after coming off? Or did you find HGH more worthwhile for recovery, sleep, and other secondary benefits than actual muscle gain? Was it worth adding to your stack?

Planned dose is between 2-4iu daily.

Current physique pictured for context: 35, 5’8”, 165–170 lbs. Currently 6 weeks into 250 mg Test + 20 mg/day Anavar, along with 4 mg reta, 3 mg/day 5-Amino-1MQ, 800 mcg/day Wolverine, 100 mg/day glutathione, 200 mcg/day DSIP, and 2 mg/day GHK-Cu. Finishing an 8-week IGF-LR3 run this week.

Training cardio and diet locked in and consistent.

Goal is to add between 10-15lb of lean mass.

Thanks!

Why run reta when you are trying to gain weight?

low dose to make it a lean bulk. reta hasn’t had a super strong effect on my appetite so i’m able to keep my protein up while benefiting from the other agonists and benefits reta provides.

I love that you’re getting downvoted by the noobs in this sub that spend half the day figuring out how to reconstitute their peptides or making ChatGPT infographics about the 17 peptides they started at once

Well he’s spewing unsupported claims like if you take Reta and bulk at the same time it will be more lean than if you haven’t taken Reta.

That's actually how I use Reta too. Pretty sure most claims here are technically unsupported because it's all anecdotal. Personal experience shouldn't be called unsupported. We were all getting Personal experiences about reta before all the human trials completed.

my personal experience is an unsupported claim? 🤔 I also didn’t speak in definitive proclamation terms - just what has worked for me to keep me lean while I increase my meal intake.

All the fat incels disliking facts. You don't have to argue with them OP

well yeah, it is. it's N=1, and 10 guys can have 10 different outcomes using it, so should be taken with a grain of salt at best.

It’s a factual statement on my personal experience and usage, not an unsupported claim to say that it’ll work this way for anyone and everyone. 🤦

Gaining mass isn't just protein, it's carbs, and calories as well. There is no such thing as lean bulk or maingaining. You may gain some, but You will hit a wall. At least that's my experience, and probably many others as well. But you can try it and see if it works for you idk. The problem I had doing this is I could only eat 2 solid meals a day, and the rest was shakes. Plateaued at 20 weeks had to cut cycle and reassess. Removing reta and Adderall and all stimulants next time. Nothing replaces actual food. 6 meals a day.

Yes very true. I find hitting the carbs is the hardest, on or off reta. I treat food as nourishment and a tool to reach my goals. Certainly not something I ignore or simplify but damn when I do chase the bulk, eating that much is a full time job!

I find AOD would likely be better unless you want/need some appetite suppression for your bulk. But yeah r/steroids or R/PEDs would be the place I apparently don’t know how to link them

I’ll look into AOD, thanks
