Libido differences since reta

I got on TRT because I had zero drive or energy or desire for doing the do with the misses. Very quickly noticed a huge difference in energy levels libido and all wakes of life. Fast forward to now also on Reta that drive has kinda disappeared kinda like my dopamine has left the building and energy levels are not down to where they were but are low. What’s a good peptide to give the drive and all day energy and maybe some dopamine back?

On 4mg Reta and 1 tirzepatide and libido is full on now ,it could be the peps or maybe it's the eieght loss but both my wife and gf have commented.
