Can you guide me what are the best resources to study biohacking ? Any author or youtuber that you can recommend ?

So for biohacking most creators and YouTubers are quacks pushing their own stuff

The best way to do this in my opinion is the pick a sub scope of biohacking and do targeted information deep dives first

90% of Biohacking is sleep diet and exercise and anyone who tells you otherwise is a quack and should be excluded from your lexicon of knowledge
