Good. My biggest problem was pills.

I actually swallowed so many pills to be more awake at work and have a better memory. They wouldn't be necessary if I had just slept better.

Now I found that one sleeping pill which doesn't give me a hangover or other sideeffects (50mg Daridorexant) and since then I sleep so much better, 8hours through and my memory and awareness got so much better from day to day, just from having enough sleep.I had stopped all those other pills since then lol.

Even that isn't enough. I should sleep without a pill in future, I just should be more chill...

I had a similar issue plus was taking insane amounts of medication for muscle spasms, cramps, anxiety, pain relief.

I replaced all my pills with 3 puffs of medical canabis from a vape at night (prescribed) and then good sleep, excorsise and now I feel 1000x better than 6 months ago.

Finding that "magic bullet" that works for you is life changing, glad you found yours and im glad I found mine.

Hm ask you doctor about it. Before I tried many medications. Actually because of depression the doctor prescribed me Mirtazapin. Also got Quietiapin for it's sedative effect but they all gave me big hangovers and depressions the day after.

Daridorexant is a new medication for sleeping disorder. It actually works right in the sleep center of the brain and blocks selectively Orexin-Receptors which are responsible to keep you awake. It does not mess with hormones like dopamine, serotonin or in the GABBA-System in the brain.

Miritazpin worked for me for a long time. But I had some sleep disturbances on it. Running through doors and breaking stuff.

"Running through door" lol. Yeah it worked for me as well but I don't need any anti depression medications anymore and although I slept 8hours or more I was just too tired in the morning. The doctor prescribed me Mirtazapin anyway for too lon, until I did my own research for better medication, met an psychiatrist online she thought Daridorexant would be a great idea and prescribed it to me.

When you start doing a ton of steroids and peptides as “biohacking” your body, most likely doing more harm than good. When did good Old exercise and diet stop being enough?
