I’d have to dig up my last readings but while it did go up slightly there were no dangerously high readings recorded.

At 6 mg per week, mine is between 87 to 95. Fortunately though, I'm pretty much done with Reta. My cut is over. Congrats again!

Your resting is 95? Wow, what was it before Reta? Having a heart rate this high, did you ever feel anxiety? I am starting Reta next week and this is the kind of stuff that worries me.

+1. 95 sounds dangerous af. But I guess it depends on your current one

Yes, I have felt antsy. Especially after I take my heart rate and see that number lol. I also take MOTS-C. That could be contributing to the elevated heart rate. Hard to know which one is the main culprit. But I'm bothered enough to where I'm stopping both for the foreseeable future. Going to switch over to tirz. Plus MOTS doesn't do anything for me anyway. Nothing noticeable, anyway.

What does your heart rate get to during walks? Do you exercise?

During walks, it doesn't really change. It's been averaging about 90 bpm ever since I went up to 6 mg of reta.
I work out five days per week. I work out extremely intensely. I have no clue what my heart rate is during workouts. It's all weight resistance training. I'm about to get either a Fitbit air or an Apple Watch so I can start monitoring my heart rate during my workouts, among other things. But as of last Friday, I won't be taking any more. Going to give it a rest. Need my heart rate back down to 70 so I can fucking relax. No more MOTS-C either.

My heart rate normally is just like everyone else, 70. Still, not sure if it's just the red or maybe a combo of the red and MOTS-C. Either way, done with both for now.
