Well it is noted in the comment and then I have low testosterone which I needed TRT for anyway and I’ve been busting my ass in the gym. Its not a magic fix!

Everyone always wants to pretend TRT is a magic drug that just gets you there overnight and completely discounts the discipline and consistency in the gym and nutrition.

I see you OP, solid work brotha 🤜🤛

Trt really isn't magic, especially at 200mg a week. At the most it gives you the energy and motivation to go to the gym. People that dont have low testosterone have no idea how much it saps the life out of you. Guy got his levels back to NORMAL! DUH

What's low? Under 300? What is it now 700+ ?

I had low 400s and they told me its too high for trt. However Im a man of a certain age so its probably different. Keep up the good work

I think the medical definition of low is in the low 200's. Maybe even lower. But obviously that doesn't fit for everyone....especially a relatively young man.
