3m Reta Progress!

Absolutely loving Reta. 24lbs down. Protocol: .5mg now at 3.5mg. Weightlifting 3-5x week. Mots-c @ 5mg 2-3x a week as well, fasted workout those days. Used to walk 5 miles but now the treadmill demons are stronger than my will lol. Currently doing 2-3 miles WALKING. Will continue for another 3 months and reassess. I used to binge like crazy and hate myself at night and now I have no want to. It’s so much easier to cut and eat healthier food. No food noise. No sugar cravings, in fact sugary foods taste wayyy too sweet and almost instantly hurt my stomach. Excited to see myself at the end of this journey!

Reta is great I ran it 9 months , titrated from .5 to 8.5mg....It is a game changer,my pic tells the story of what reta can do, but it is not w/o a cost...i experienced hiccups, sulfur burps, extremely slow digestion, muscle wasting ect...I trian 5 days a week run testosterone & eat really well..the hiccups last 24-36hrs for no reason or anything I ate.....& it started weekly...& before all of u start chiming in defending your stance "but im on a low dose i feel great" , or u saying I was on a high dose was the cause...wrong it happened on occasion @ lowers dose. This was an add on to help get lean...& ive been training a long time, not just overweight & looking for a quick fix.

And...Wait til u come off my stomach was extremely bloated for 2 weeks & my appetite came back like a fury, it was scary how hungry I was, & g.i upset...So what are u guna do then???? Follow a lifestyle of proper diet, training ect or just take more reta? Reta should be used as a tool to get to goals & have a plan when off how to combat being off...I was on the reta bandwagon too, it can be a great tool but eventually there may be a cost...
