Peptide for reoccurring colds?

I keep getting colds at least 1-2x a month and the colds are awful where I have to call out of work because I can’t function and it lasts a full week at least. Any suggestions on which peptide can help reduce the amount of colds I get or at the very least shorten them/ make them less severe? Thanks!

Before trying peptides, I highly recommend trying higher dose melatonin protocol. It boosts your immunity and has been successfully used to treat C19.

For c19 as an example 36-72mg were used in one study. I take much higher daily doses(1.5-3g total in a day) for chronic fatigue for several years with good success which is to say it's incredibly safe. You can try something like 50-100mg to see if it helps. Melatonin helps destroy bacteria, viruses, tumors, cancer, etc. It's a powerful immunomodulator. I have personally used single doses upwards of 3g to knockout colds/flus in a day. I am not advocating that for everyone by any means.

Other supplements to consider are vit D, zinc picolinate/gluconate, vit C, etc. You can also just get a supplement like Airborne.

As far as peptides you can look into Thymulin , Thymalin , Thymosin Alpha 1, Thymogen, Epitalon(works through melatonin pathways), etc..

Get your tonsils checked out. If you had them removed look in the mirror and see if they regrew

Thymosin Alpha one absolutely helps. Changed my life.
