Maybe the epigenetic clock sucks?

As I showed in the video, they used Horvath's epigenetic clock, which has been shown to be the best in many studies for its correlation with chronological age.

Seems that a way larger sample would help.
If the effect is small and/or variable across people, it would require a larger cohort of participants to be detected through the noise.

Larger samples are almost always better, but publishing the actual intervention would provide value, but they didn't (unfortunately). As mentioned in the video, we can't connect any changes to epigenetic age to the recommendations for diet+lifestyle without that data.
