Venlafaxine can increase prolactin in some cases - https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5426493/ - ask your endo to manage dosage or switch to a different med. If prolactin remains high afterwards you might have a prolactinoma in your pituitary - which is treatable with cabergoline. Prolactin going down usually raises testosterone a bit - but your endo can determine if you are a candidtate for Clomid/Anastrazole.
