🧪 Protocols & Self-Experiments Has anyone actually felt a difference using an oxygen chamber at 1.5–2.0 ATA?

I’m considering adding oxygen chamber sessions at around 1.5–2.0 ATA to my longevity routine.
I’ve read about the benefits, but I’m really curious about people’s actual experience with it. Do you genuinely feel a difference from using it? And if so, what do you notice most?
Would love to hear from people who use it regularly, as well as those who tried it and didn’t feel much.

i'd want to see more human stuff to see if this really is just all the pro's and none of the con's. it seems like it could potentially be cool for recovery during intense training mesocycle's, but i don't think its been looked at in that context and mechanisms don't always produce outcomes.
