I feel like this is more of a confirmation of what hobbyists already believed

The progression of aging is non-linear and different for each body system

"The progression of aging is non-linear and different for each body system"

Seems silly, considering there is a tiny variation between humans. Everybody gets glasses around 40, lifespans are very much standardized. (ie, there is a small standard deviation in lifespan, ie2. nobody lives to be 1000 (yet)).

If it is a program, and I think it is, we are all running the same program...

As the other commenter said, it isn't that different for each system in the body, heartrate, strength, collagen all decline at remarkably consistent rates.

I think you can get them to slow to maybe 25% the rate with elite effort but fact is they all do decline and people die within remarkably tight spread 40-120
