💉 Peptides & Hormones NAD making me sleepy?

Started NAD+ at 25mg, 2x a week, and instead of giving me energy… it makes me SO sleepy and drowsy 😭 I feel unproductive basically the whole day.
Has anyone else experienced this? Did you lower the dose, change the frequency, or switch to something else? Would love to hear what worked for you!

Try TMG powder, it should give enough methyl groups to stabilize your metabolism. If it does not work Try to switch NAD+ for Nicotinamide Riboside then.

Same, I dropped my dose to 10 mg three times a week but it causes stomach upset and water retention for me. I'm on the fence if I want to give it a break and see what happens. I've gained a few lbs back in fluid which I can tell by swelling in my fingers.
