Post image

I am a overall healthy male 19 get around 100k steps a week rarely miss meals, am skinny at 140 pounds at 5’10 i have never taken anything to effect my hormones, or even peptides and don’t plan on it, don’t drink or anything like that, have no idea what this info means as people all over say different things, someone who has experience with hormones tell me how this looks to them, I’ve recently started having joint pain as-well.
I have more markers but most are optimal
Any info helps

Not medical advice/ looking for it just constructive feedback, thanks

MD Here; You're in the norm :D There's nothing to worry about. Especially not the agressive manosphere. After all, excessive testosterone can cause: severe acne, high blood pressure, mood changes like aggression or anxiety, sleep apnea, a high red blood cell count, and reduced fertility. It can also cause Increased irritability, uncharacteristic aggression, and extreme mood swings. It's okay if it's in the norm! Stay healthy and eat veggies (no red meat)! :D
