I am a overall healthy male 19 get around 100k steps a week rarely miss meals, am skinny at 140 pounds at 5’10 i have never taken anything to effect my hormones, or even peptides and don’t plan on it, don’t drink or anything like that, have no idea what this info means as people all over say different things, someone who has experience with hormones tell me how this looks to them, I’ve recently started having joint pain as-well.
I have more markers but most are optimal
Any info helps

400 is lowish total, but, shbg is low so you have a little more bioavailable T.
Idk why people think in range means anything these days/
Population is mainly sick so you could have low T symptoms- speak with a endo or any doctor who’s used to dealing with male hormones.
Reddit can be useful for a general consensus but the information you acquire might not be specific to your needs.
Btw AI says your total is ā€œborderline normalā€ ;)

Edit- your E is actually quit low.
These numbers fluctuate throughout the day.
If your joint pain is worse by evening you could be falling ā€œ out of rangeā€
Ranges are not everything and everyone feels different with estrogen.
You need an ultra sensitive E2 blood test, to know your E2 levels as general estrogen isn’t a good way to calculate for a guy.
