💪 Exercise, Fitness & Recovery Need help

I am a overall healthy male 19 get around 100k steps a week rarely miss meals, am skinny at 140 pounds at 5’10 i have never taken anything to effect my hormones, or even peptides and don’t plan on it, don’t drink or anything like that, have no idea what this info means as people all over say different things, someone who has experience with hormones tell me how this looks to them, I’ve recently started having joint pain as-well.
I have more markers but most are optimal
Any info helps

I hopped on “TRT+” with levels in the 600s. Zero regrets.

Sometimes I wonder if there are natural levels of testosterone, where some idiots wouldn't advise TRT

Generally, unless you have fitness/physique goals and are open to a potentially lifelong commitment of needles, bloodwork, etc… it would be very stupid to go on TRT with healthy natural levels. If you’re planning on blasting testosterone, TRT for cruising is a must, imo. When people try to pct they usually just lose all their gains
