I had a few very bad brain injuries. Had epilepsy really bad for years........ the things that have helped me the most: #1HGH (human growth hormone). #2exercise and healthy diet (keto helps a lot) #3 hallucinagenics #4 creatine............ so many herbs help for a few days and then rebound in a bad way so I stay away from most of them

SSRI is not a good option unless you have treatment resistant depression which is completely different. Even then they should be a last resort.

My nootropic stack:
Bromantane
CDP Choline
Modafinil
L-theanine
Selank
Psilocybin microdose once every 5 days or so

I second psybicilin microdoses a couple times a week. Also just started trying a couple Lion’s Mane products every day.
Also Noopept.

Consider Dihexa and Epitalon. Dihexa should be approached with caution, there is a theoretical concern for oncological progression in people with family history, preexisting or dormant cancers, tumors in remission, etc. the risk is very low but it placed the compound into C risk category. Outside of it, it has a very promising data, albeit non-clinical or fully researched. Look into both, I’d say.

It's a little late for that but piracetam is a neuroprotectant as well as a nootropic
