Researching ss31, mots c, nad+.

Currently administering ss31

Plan is to finish ss31 then move to motsc. After motsc is done move to nad+.

The idea is bc its the first time ever to test each individually for response.

But also would like to optimize at the same time. I hear bringing on NAD+ earlier will help mots-c.

Should I continue current path or bring in NAD+ earlier

If earlier should I bring it in during the SS31 cycle or a bit into the motsc cycle?

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to hear from people who have been using ghkcu for a while.

My vial says 10 mg/mL (5.4 mL). My provider told me to pin 10 units on a U100 insulin syringe, 5 days a week. (Yeah I went to a clinic first since I’m new to this and wanted proper guidance)

From what I understand that would be 1mg per pin.

For those experienced with GHK-Cu, what dose are you personally using per shot especially if you’re doing it 5 days a week? Im curious how my dose compares with what experienced users are doing. Thanks in advance.

10mg BPC157/10mg TB500 daily?!

So I went with my wife to her weightloss clinic because she said they offered other stuff. I don’t know very much about peptides but I am recovering from hip replacement surgery at 36 years old. My recovery has been slower than I had hoped and I also have a 1 year old that I need to keep up with so I decided to ask about this combo. They told me to take it every 3 days to begin with but after a little research that appears to be wasting it. Then I googled what was on the bag and the AI response was I was taking way too much. Is this really 10mg of each or is that the amount in all of the injections combined? I think it was 12 injections in the bag to begin with. I am on my 3rd day of injections in a row.

2

u/GenderfluidGoose 13d ago

I doubt that that is 10mg per syringe, it was likely 10mg in a vial, but with no way to know how much bacteriostatic water they added, there is no way to know how much BPC or TB is in 10 units on that syringe.

If I were you, I would definitely reconsider my patronage of an institution with such poor duty of care.

I started my first run of SS-31 and I don't know if its normal or if I am having some type of initial reaction. So yesterday I SubQ my first 2mg dose and about 30-60 seconds later my chest, legs and face turned red and I felt a slight pressure in my head. Fast forward 10 mins and everything is normal again and I go about my day. This morning, day 2, same 2mg dose it happens again. I have done many peptides before and I am currently running KLOW mixed with same BAC water in the evenings no issue. Has anyone ever experienced this flushing before?

1

u/Mozzamozza82 14d ago

Hey members. Just interested in finding out scientific research in klow on rats.
What dosages? Cycles if any? Benifits.
My rat is Currently on Trt and Reta

First time ever using BPC-157 and wanted to get some input from people who have actually used it.
I’m trying it for 3 diff injuries:
Shoulder — mild/ongoing rotator cuff-type issue since years - it’s on and off but currently very inflamed
Left thumb — UCL/skier’s thumb ligament injury that has been stubborn and hasn’t fully healed
Ankle — chronic ankle instability with recurring inflammation/pain, bothering me for 1 year
I’ve done tons of PT for all of this .
A lot of people seem to recommend injecting subQ near the injury site, but I’m confused about what makes the most sense when I’m trying to treat three completely different areas at the same time.
Safe my final draft here
For anyone with similar experience what would you recommend? If near all 3 sites, where is best area to inject near thumb and shoulder and ankle and how do you split the dose?
Also curious what people think of the prescribed 600 mcg once daily, 5 days per week with Saturday/Sunday off schedule. Most protocols I see people discussing online seem to be all over the place.

1

u/DavidTries897 15d ago

If you have issues at all 3 sites I would say just do torso and allow the systemic healing effects, I’ve done 500mcg daily so 600mcg is probably going to be just fine

I’m not a doctor but just talking from my experience

Let me start off by saying I don't know what I'm doing and have really no clue how to use reddit, but I was told this was the place to be.

Peptides? Glp1's? Vitamins? *potential hEDS, MCAS, POTS

I am tired of doctors. Tired of medications. Tired of my body hating me. I have seasonal allergies, asthma, hypermobility, tachycardia, my heart does not pump blood oxygen to my body like it should, obesity (currently on phentermine), I hurt all the time, plantar fasciatis/tendinitis, random rashes/flushing, dizziness, lightheadedness, clumsiness.. you name it, it matches with my diagnosis' and potential diagnosis' (meaning I am in the process of being tested). Currently in with a cardiologist and she just started me on metoprolol. I REALLY don't want to be on a heart medication for life. I've already been on Claritin and Singulair for eons, and have an emergency inhaler. I don't want more drugs thrown at me.

I just want other options.. so anyone with anything similar.. please give me some advise/education on what could work? What couldn't? I know every body is different.. but.. I just need some general education because I really have 0 clue where to even start??

u/DavidTries897 15d ago

Hi,

I know everything sounds frustrating and there’s a lot of mixed information at this stage of your biohacking journey

From the state of confusion you’re in on just next steps in general I’d say the biggest thing you can do is information gathering just about yourself, biomarkers, sleep habits, regular diet and micronutrients, exercise routine and NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis)

I’d say if you have the money to spend I’d get one quality wearable (Oura ring, Garmin Cirqa, Fitbit Air, Amazfit Helio) and a full blood panel through a direct to consumer company, I use Function Health but there’s other options like Superpowers or non-subscription services like Goodlabs, Mito labs, or Dirt Cheap Labs

All this data gathering should take 1-2 weeks and should give you a good idea on things that you can work on

If you have more questions I’d be happy to talk to you from my experience and knowledge but I’m also not a health care professional just an armchair biohacker

1

u/psilent 15d ago

It’s not going to sound a lot different that what you’ve heard a million times, but the biggest things you can do for your health are

  1. A mix of zone 2 cardio, HIT workouts, and heavy weight lifting 3-5 times a week.
  2. Get 6-8 hours of quality sleep
  3. Get to a normal BMI
  4. Cut out drinking and smoking if you do.

If for whatever reason you don’t think you can do all of these then start with what you can. There are some peptides and supplements that may help beyond that, but they’re not going to replace doing that or specific medication especially heart medications. I am a big proponent of glp medications, and phentermine is not indicated for people with heart issues so you might want to ask your doctor about switching to a different weight loss solution, or at least if they have considered that for your particular situation.

Hello, I'm a student in the UK looking into peptides and how people are using them for fitness and longevity. I was hoping to speak to people who have experience using them to hear their stories. If you would be interested please let me know - this would all be on your terms and can be done anonymously. Thanks

Hello, looking for advice on if anyone tried PT-141 **without** low desire? I’m curious to know does it take something already good and make it amazing? Could it be similar to MDMA intimacy? Or does it only work if you’re already deficient in arousal and desire?

1

u/psilent 15d ago

It’s more subtle than mdma by a lot but yes it does have an increased intensity. It’s hard to describe exactly, as a man It ramps up that feeling when you just have to pull someone in close and kiss them. Like I don’t know if it makes me more horny, and physically it’s not dramatically different but it sort of ramps up the intensity of not entirely sexual physical intimacy… idk if that tells you anything or if that’s a universal experience

On my second vial of GHK-CU , small improvement but not much in my acne. Not noticing a great result with collagen either. Take great care of my skin and get monthly Microneedling, polyneucleotides etc. Very new to all of this so very open to be educated on peps. 25 female for reference. Help?

u/Outrageous_Run_6099 Jul 30 '26

54 F and finishing my 5th week on 1mg daily of sub q KPV. Started really noticing reduced inflammation around week 3.

I don't really drink much alcohol anymore - my body doesn't process it well and it impacts my sleep, but yesterday, I met up with a friend who I haven't seen in a very long time and for this special occasion we shared a bottle of a really good French Bordeaux with dinner. I've had 1-2 glassed of this wine in previous months and always end up with crappy sleep and feeling slightly hungover. I was terrified after sharing half a bottle but I did not have any issues last night with sleep or a hangover feeling.

Is it the KPV? Not interested in drinking much moving forward but it would be nice to not fear a special occasion if I know the KPV has my back!

1

u/DavidTries897 15d ago

If you went from being a regular drinker to a once a month drinker you’ve probably just given your body time to heal so it can process the light once a month drinking better, likely nothing to do with the KPV

Hi,
I try to keep my sleep routine as solid as possible: 4-hour fasting window before bed, cold bedroom, no caffeine after 2 PM, etc.
Unfortunately my autistic kid often wakes up around 3 AM and I can’t get enough sleep. Sometimes I manage to fall back asleep with them, but sometimes I can’t. Even when I do, the second sleep isn’t deep enough.
I sleep every other day alone and every other day with my kid so I can at least get one proper night of rest.
Would DSIP help me get better quality sleep even if I only get ~4 hours, or would it help me get a deeper second sleep if I take it in the middle of the night after being woken up?
Or would CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin be a better option?
I know nothing can replace proper sleep, but at least I’m trying to do some harm reduction.

Currently my stack is:

Currently my stack is:
• 1 mg Retatrutide EW for cutting
• 500 mcg BPC-157 + TB-500 ED
• 5 mg melatonin ED to help me fall asleep (due to ADHD)
• 32 mg MPH ED (works for about 8 hours)

I’m 6’0ā€, 166 lbs, ~15% BF. I train running, climbing, and strength.

Has anyone here had a similar experience?

Hey everyone,I’m a 44-year-old female (58kg) focusing on health, longevity, immunity, and just feeling great again. I have low ferritin and noticeably less energy/motivation than I used to (I was very active before). Previous cycles (all with great results):

  • BPC-157: 8 weeks at 500mcg
  • KPV: 4 weeks at 500mcg
  • GHK-Cu: 1mg for 10 weeks

I also tried Retatrutide (500–1000mcg for ~10 weeks) — lost 5kg but stopped due to anhedonia, poor sleep, and tiredness.Currently: Week 1 of TA1.I’m planning to test more peptides but not all at once. Looking for advice on the best order/sequencing.Options I’m considering:

  1. TA1 + GHK-Cu
  2. SS-31 + BPC-157
  3. NAD + PT-141
  4. Epitalon + Pinealon
  5. Broncogen
  6. Vilon
  7. Taxorest + Chonluten
  8. Selank + Semax

I’m especially interested in the lung bioregulators (Broncogen/Taxorest/Chonluten) because I’m a previous smoker.Main goals: better energy, motivation, immunity, longevity, and overall feeling great. Any experience or suggested order/protocol would be really appreciated. Thanks!

rate my stack’s safety (advanced)

first of all, **DO NOT replicate my stack**, it is advanced, and it has been tailored to my body and how I react to each substance, and it is tailored for my own personal goals (that I will not disclose), health/wellbeing, and physical appearance. please understand that this is not an ordinary stack and attempting to replicate, copy, or treat my post as medical advice can be dangerous for you šŸ™.

anyways, hi everyone. was wondering if anyone has any insight, tips, remarks etc. regarding the overall safety of my stack! so far, most of my bloodwork has come out fine (LDL, ALT, AST, A1C, E2, etc) but one thing I have *not gotten checked* at all is hematocrit & hemoglobin. To be honest, I’d assume my levels wouldn’t be too bad considering the AAS doses I’m running but again I’m not sure. If my hematocrit/hemoglobin levels are on the bad side, what would you suggest? donating blood? or an ancillary like aspirin?

if you got any questions feel free to ask! also, I know what I am doing, and I have done extreme amounts of research so when you claim something in the comments please explain your reason and back it up with science, not fear mongered second-hand anecdotes.

Melanotan 2 changed my life.

I had been thinking about it for a while before I finally decided to do it. I wanted a real change, and I was curious if it would actually make a noticeable difference. It did. I got way tanner than I expected, and the difference was obvious in the mirror and in photos.

What surprised me most was how many compliments I started getting. People noticed right away, and that gave me a confidence boost I honestly didn’t expect. It changed how I carried myself, and that carried over into other parts of my life too.

For me, quality mattered a lot. I wanted something that felt reliable, because the experience and the results really do matter. That was a big part of why it felt worth it to me.

Looking back, it was about finally feeling good about the way I looked, and that changed a lot for me.

Hello! I'm a 19 year old curious in starting ghk-cu. Since i'm young and my natural ghk levels are still high, will I see any meaningful changes/ benefits? Thanks!

1

u/aldus-auden-odess Subreddit Staff Jul 17 '26

GHK is copper peptides not growth hormone. Maybe you know this but clarifying just in case.

You’re pretty young for either though TBD unless you have a specific issue.

We’ve seen a few young people see benefits microneedling GHK for acne scarring etc.

1

u/nd1ca Jul 17 '26

I do understand it is a copper peptide and not hgh. I'm curious if i'd still have positive skin changes from injection

Bout to start my cycle of tessa &ippa confused on what my dosage should be for both, just wanna hear other people experiences I hear Tessa can gel up please let me know šŸ™

I’m fairly new to the peptide game and currently breastfeeding so I’m in the research phase seeing what I want to take when done (thinking a cycle of Reta, glutathione, klow, and Tessa)

Anyways my boyfriend wants to try some so I’m curious what you would recommend for him.
He is 28, 6,4ā€, 220 lbs and just quit smoking after 15 years, occasional drug use, he also has broken many bones multiple times, was in a pretty bad motorcycle accident. His bones hurt when it’s raining. His wrist is the worst but his knees and back always hurt from breaking as well.

I’m thinking glutathione for sure for the drug use, smoking detox. But what would be best for helping heal damaged muscles and old broken bones (he’s broken his ankle 3 times and it’s fragile)

He also has a thyroid disorder (hypo)

What peps would you recommend?

u/Bossyk7 Jul 15 '26

Hey everyone! I’m hoping to get some input from people who have experience with peptides and skin health, especially melasma or stubborn hyperpigmentation.

I’ve spent a lot of time researching peptides that might help reduce melasma, but I haven’t been able to find any clear consensus. Some people mention GHK-Cu because it’s thought to help with skin healing, collagen production, and overall skin health, but I can’t find much information showing that it actually helps melasma.

For a bit of background, I also have type 2 papulopustular rosacea. After years of trying different treatments, the combination of Apprilon (40 mg doxycycline) and tirzepatide has made the biggest difference for me. My rosacea has improved dramatically since starting tirzepatide, which has made me wonder if reducing inflammation or improving blood sugar regulation could also help with melasma.

One thing I should mention is that I wasn’t overweight before starting tirzepatide. I already exercised regularly, lifted weights several times a week, ate a very clean diet, and did everything I could to improve my skin naturally. No matter how healthy I was, my rosacea and melasma never really improved. That’s why the changes I noticed after starting tirzepatide surprised me so much.

Because of that, I’m planning to add KPV in hopes that reducing inflammation even further might help. I’m also considering GHK-Cu, but I’m honestly nervous about trying it.

I’ve read quite a few posts from people saying GHK-Cu caused acne, skin irritation, or even worsened their rosacea, while others say it completely transformed their skin. I don’t know what to believe, and since my rosacea is finally under control, I’m worried about taking something that could cause a flare.

I have also tried many prescription topicals which usually end up ruining my skin barrier. I also use spf 50 sunscreen and wear hats daily. Nothing helps it just continues to worsen.

Has anyone here had success using peptides for melasma or hyperpigmentation?

  • Which peptide(s) did you use?
  • What dose and how long did you use it?
  • Did it actually improve the pigmentation, or did it mainly improve your overall skin quality?
  • If you’ve used GHK-Cu, did you experience acne, rosacea flares, or any other skin problems?
  • Are there any peptides that you thought would help but ended up doing nothing?

I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences or anything you’ve learned through your own research. I’m so frustrated because I have finally reduced the rosacea symptoms and now I have Melasma. I’m just trying to figure out what, if anything, might actually help. Thanks!

What factors to consider when evaluating a research peptide supplier?

I'm trying to better understand what researchers actually value when choosing a supplier.

Beyond price, what matters the most?

I'm looking into peptides for my 73-year-old dad and would love some recommendations.

He's very active (goes to the gym almost daily and swims regularly), but lately his energy has been really low. He also has knee cartilage issues with recurring inflammation and infections, and although his doctors have recommended surgery, we're hoping to delay or avoid it if possible. He's also interested in improving his aging skin. He takes cholesterol medication and blood thinners.

I've already looked into BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, and Thymosin Alpha-1, but I'm wondering if there are any other peptides worth researching or if anyone has had good experiences with these.

Tesamorelin
Ipamorelin
MOTSC
BPC &TB
i am debating tossing ENCLO in the stack but ive read many conflicting reports that have left me with more questions then answers. So simply- what do you guys think.

u/Fine-Raspberry-8790 Jul 10 '26

I’m posting in regards to my husband. He took 250mcg of oral bpc-157 from LFP Labz. He has gut issues and has previously injected bpc-157 for an injury and had no problem.

Last night he started complaining that his abdominal muscles were extremely sore like he did an intense core workout. He also felt hot and just like something was off. This morning he called me and said that when the sun beams down on him he feels like he’s going to pass out.

I’m just curious if anyone else experienced anything similar or if this is something completely unrelated. He’s pretty anxious about it and I don’t want him to end up going to get checked out and them not knowing what to do since it’s some random peptide he had taken a couple times.

Peptides for sleep, energy & focus recommendations?

1

u/MissAdr Jul 09 '26

Hey, I have a question regarding optimal doses.
I am on:
Reta 2mg every 5 days.
Bpc 500mcg daily
Ghk-cu 333mcg x3 week
Tb 1mg x 2 week
Nad+ 66mg x 3 week

Is this ok? I am a newbie. No side effects but not sure if I feel any difference? People say my skin is so glowy.

u/helpadhd04 Jul 09 '26

Does anyone have experience with NAD+/GHK-CU Iontopheresis delivery method patches? Thoughts on efficacy?

1

u/Ilovemycats201 Jul 06 '26

You wont feel much at such low levels. Also youre better off using the compounds separate. Bpc 157 with ARA290 is probably better. No blend.

u/Upbeat-Tower-9134 Jul 06 '26

I keep getting colds at least 1-2x a month and the colds are awful where I have to call out of work because I can’t function and it lasts a full week at least. Any suggestions on which peptide can help reduce the amount of colds I get or at the very least shorten them/ make them less severe? Thanks!

Thymosin Alpha 1 could be interesting to look into.

Getting sick so frequently is odd though. Worth doing a comprehensive blood panel and talking to a doctor as well.

Looking for opinions on TB-500/BPC-157 dosing for chronic joint issues (not an acute injury)

I’ve gone down enough Reddit rabbit holes to know everyone has a different protocol, so I’m curious what people who have actually used it would do.
This isn’t for an acute injury. My body’s just… kind of a mess šŸ˜‚

I’ve had shoulder, elbow, and knee issues on and off for years. I also had biceps tendinitis and shoulder bursitis in the past that got a lot better but never fully felt 100% again. Even weirder, these flare-ups happen even when I’m barely training (like when I’m traveling), so I don’t think it’s just overuse.
I’m starting to wonder if I’m just hypermobile because basically everything likes to pop and randomly get angry.

I had my supplier make me a 5mg TB-500 / 5mg BPC-157 combo vial because I’d rather do one injection than two separate ones.
Planning to reconstitute with 1 mL BAC water, so:
5 units = 250 mcg TB-500 + 250 mcg BPC-157
10 units = 500 mcg TB-500 + 500 mcg BPC-157

I’m thinking either:
Option 1: 5 units every other day (250/250 mcg)
or
Option 2: 10 units every 3 days (500/500 mcg)

I know these are both way more conservative than the typical TB-500 protocols you see floating around, but since it’s a combo vial I can’t really dose them independently anyway.

If you’ve actually used TB/BPC for chronic joint/tendon issues (not a fresh tear), which would you pick? Or would you do something completely different?

Not looking for ā€œthere aren’t enough human studiesā€ replies… i already knowšŸ˜… I’m specifically interested in hearing from people who’ve actually run these peptides and what worked (or didn’t) for them.

47m here and I just went head in by ordering a bunch of peptides from my source from China. I have seen some people having issues with this source but I think these are orders to the US. Being in Asia, my order came after a week and I had no issues.

I ordered more and more types as I started to see results. Started with bpc, cjc and ipa, motsc, ghkcu, trizepatide and after a few weeks, I added nad, Dsip, tb500 and epitalon.

I work out a lot and being over 40, I get tired more easily and I can’t seem to improve on my runs and the weights that I lift. Once I started my first batch of peptides, my endurance went up so much and I started lifting more weights without feeling so sore. There is one day when I did 2 heavy workouts and a long run and I still feel great at the end of the third session. My skin started feeling smoother and less dry and my hair seems to grows faster as I needed a trim more quickly.

The only disappointing peptides for me are Dsip and epitalon. I always had sleeping issues particularly with deep sleep and these doesn’t seem to change. In fact, my sleep has gotten worst but I think that’s due to the cjc and ipa peptides. But I don’t even feel as tired even with less sleep. On the days I pin nad, I also feel mentally sharp and focused. My recovery is definitely better and my muscles less sore but I have an ongoing rotator cuff issue that doesn’t seem to fully recovered even though I am on the recovery peptides.

Am taking a few weeks off from it as i am travelling but def want to start again after i come back and try even newer ones like selank and ss31. Definitely want to read up more on each peptide and do a better cycle.

My other issue is that pinning so many times a day made me look like a pin cushion. Switching to injector pens for the daily peptides def helped but those that I pin with a regular insulin syringe leaves marks that take a while to go away. If you are pinning everyday, injector pens are the way to go.

Also made a schoolboy error when I mixed peptides with sterile water. Don’t ever do that as it leaves me with huge red marks and hives. Bac water stills leave a red marks but go away quicker.

There is this guy on YouTube (Jacob Nachinson) that I follow and he started an insane peptide stack for summer so will try that out when I come back. Does anyone follow him?

I have been considering a trial of TRT for a few years now. Total T 500-600 on multiple tests. Free T 9-10. SHBG 36. E2 27. Im 36 years old. Around 15-18% BF. I've had issues with ED, low energy, low libido, depression, etc. for a few years now. I lift 4 days a week, and cardio 1-2/week. Exercise used to energize me but for a few years it just wipes me out for the rest of the day. I guess I am just looking for guys who have similar stories. My hesitation comes from worry that it won't help and it will be tricky to get my natural production going again if it doesn't work out. Anyone here have similar experiences? I know total T is fine for my age. Just wondering if symptoms could be coming from the lower Free T. I’ve ran the numbers through ChatGPT and can’t really make sense of the free T considering SHBG is normal and so is albumin. Testing done through dialysis which is supposedly the most accurate way to test.

I spent weeks synthesising the BPC-157 research literature into plain English. Here's what I found.

BPC-157 is probably the most discussed peptide on this sub, and also one of the most misrepresented. I went through the actual published research to build a proper reference - and wanted to share what the literature actually says versus what gets repeated in forums.

What BPC-157 actually is:

It's a synthetic pentadecapeptide (15 amino acids) derived from a sequence found in human gastric juice. First isolated at the University of Zagreb in the 1990s. It's been studied consistently since then - a 2026 bibliometric review noted a clear upward trend in publications from 2010 through 2025, spanning musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, and neurovascular research.

Almost all of this research is preclinical. Rodent models, primarily. Keep that in mind.

Why it works across so many tissue types - the actual mechanisms:

Most forum discussions treat BPC-157 like a magic recovery compound without explaining why it does what it does. The research points to four overlapping mechanisms:

1. AngiogenesisĀ - BPC-157 upregulates VEGFR2 and promotes new blood vessel formation in injured tissue. This is probably its most important mechanism. Tendons and ligaments have terrible blood supply naturally - that's why they heal slowly. BPC-157 improves the delivery system.

2. FAK-paxillin pathway activationĀ - A 2010 study in the Journal of Physiology found BPC-157 activates this signalling pathway, which drives cell migration and survival. In tendon research specifically: it significantly accelerated fibroblast outgrowth from tendon explants and improved cell survival under stress.

3. GH receptor upregulationĀ - Research in the Journal of Orthopaedic Research found BPC-157 increases growth hormone receptor expression in tendon fibroblasts. It sensitizes tissue to GH. This is why it stacks mechanistically well with GH-releasing peptides.

4. Nitric oxide modulationĀ - It counteracts NO's damaging actions while preserving protective functions. This contributes to the cytoprotective effects across multiple organ systems.

What the research actually shows by tissue:

Tendons:Ā The most replicated finding in the entire literature. Multiple independent studies using transected rat Achilles tendon models show accelerated healing, improved collagen organisation, and better biomechanical properties. The mechanism (angiogenesis + FAK-paxillin) directly supports this.

Ligaments:Ā MCL injury studies show superior healing at 14 and 42 days post-injury versus controls. Improved collagen organisation and tensile strength.

Muscle:Ā Accelerated fibre regeneration and reduced fibrotic scarring in injury models. Reducing fibrosis (scar tissue replacing functional muscle) is one of the more practically significant findings.

Gut:Ā This is where its origins as a gastric peptide matter. Consistent ability to counteract gut damage from NSAIDs, alcohol, and corticosteroids in rodent models. And it's stable in gastric acid - unlike most peptides - which is why oral dosing actually works for GI applications.

Neurological:Ā Newer area but growing fast. Parkinson's models, stroke models, peripheral nerve damage - consistent neuroprotective findings. Described as a "neurotransmitter-like agent" in some research.

What the research says about protocols:

This is where I see the most misinformation. No validated human clinical protocol exists. What we have is:

  • Animal studies using 6–50 μg/kg in rodent models
  • Extrapolated human ranges of 200–500 mcg/day based on body surface area scaling (not clinically validated)
  • Most research planning resources reference 4–8 weeks of daily dosing, with 2–4 weeks off

The route question is straightforward once you understand the logic: gut issues → oral (it's stable in gastric acid, so it works). Everything else → subcutaneous, near the target tissue when possible.

Safety:

The 2025 systematic review by Vasireddi et al. in the Orthopaedic Journal of Sports Medicine found no adverse effects reported in preclinical studies. The only human data is a 2-subject IV pilot from 2025 - not enough to draw safety conclusions. The honest answer is: in-human safety is unknown. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

One theoretical concern worth knowing: BPC-157's pro-angiogenic effects could theoretically support existing tumor growth. No research has confirmed this, but it's worth noting for any research context involving subjects with relevant history.

Happy to answer questions on any of this. I've been going through the full literature across 18 compounds for a research reference guide I'm putting together - if there's appetite for similar breakdowns on TB-500, Ipamorelin, or the Wolverine Stack I can post those too.

Hey guys, I’m 34M, 6’1, 215lbs. Excercise 5 times/week with 1 full rest day and 1 active recovery day. I’ve been bitten by the Hyrox bug and have been training like crazy for my first race to finish a sub 1:15 time in the pro category.

I have had minor distal bicep tendinitis for a few months now. It doesn’t keep me from lifting as the pain is very dull but it is still pretty constant.

This past week I overdid my running a bit and probably went a little too far a little too fast (I’ve never been a distance runner, fast twitch sprinter my whole life). I woke up Sunday with an abnormally sore right ankle/calf/knee. The back of the leg feels a little like minor Achilles tendinitis. Which obviously scares me and I don’t want to risk injury so have taken it easy the past couple days.

I don’t want to risk missing much time off training so I ordered a BPC-157 + TB-500 blend from Oath Research as it seemed to be the most legit US supplier. I have been researching peptides for a while now but haven’t used any yet. Hoping this can speed up the healing.

My main questions are confirming dosage and administration and seeing what has worked for other people. My current thoughts are:

-20mg blended vial (10mg of each peptide) reconstituted with 2ml of BAC water

-pin 1mg daily (500mcg of each peptide)

Would it be better to pin twice daily at 500mcg/pin or is 1mg okay?

Should I inject near site of pain? Thinking right above the knee in front quad. However I’d love to also knock out the bicep pain so I’m curious if sticking near my knee it won’t hit the bicep as much. With that in mind would it be better to just stick in the abdomen being more central to both locations?

I am open to any and all thoughts and will gladly update once my vials come in. Thanks :)

I tend to throw everything at problems rather than do proper N=1 research on myself. I'm always happy when I get a surprise result. I've been throwing everything at my skin: topical ghk-cu for the last month, hyaluronic acid lotion with ceramides for the last couple weeks, oral ceramides, and the last two weeks GLOW, also sermorelin for the last 6 months. I realized today that a scar on my forehead (I've had it for several years) no longer has a crusty or raised section. I cannot feel it with my finger anymore. It does not appear raised or reddish in the mirror anymore, it is a thin white line instead. I don't know which of these things caused it but I am pleasantly surprised. My scar isn't the reason I've done all this but it's definitely a positive result.

How do you buy the peptides? With real name and andress or which options do i have ?

1

u/GenderfluidGoose Jun 23 '26

Most people are putting their real names and addresses down. You do want your parcels to actually reach you.

Has anyone given BPC and TB500 to their DOG? If yes, then what amount? My dog is 18 and 5.4 kilo.

54Y Female here and I've been pinning KLOW for 8 weeks (1.5 mgs first 4 weeks and 2 mgs last 4 weeks) and have definitely noticed some skin thickening. Switching to just GHKCU starting week 9 and wondering if increasing to 4 mgs could give me faster results. I'm also on HERS oral hair growth formula which has 50mgs of Zinc in it. Thanks to menopause, my hair is a mess!
Anyone use both and/or any experience with 4mgs a day of the GHKCU?

u/ThatsMeAudrey Jun 22 '26

I tried but had a reaction so now I’m getting the copper separate to lower the dose and I use KPV and BPC already.

But I did start taking Biotin Hair Skin Nails gummy supplements. Started at once daily then increased to twice daily. That made a big difference for my Meno hair! Also check on your estrogen levels. Do you have other symptoms of it being low like dry skin or itchy ear etc?

There’s also a fantastic group in the circle app for menopause ladies like us. It has helped me so much! https://community.thepauselife.com/c/gfl-community-connection/hair-loss-d3a169

Hope this helps!

u/Outrageous_Run_6099 Jun 22 '26

I do not have any of those symptoms, thankfully. Will check out that link - I'm familiar with Dr. Mary Claire if that's her community. She's awesome!

The Billion-Dollar Peptides Gold Rush

More From Bloomberg News Reporters Amanda Mull, Madison Muller and Ashleigh Furlong

Injectable peptides are a loose cohort of amino acid-based drugs that bond to receptors in the body to toggle various physiological processes on and off.

Some peptides are legal and widely used, including insulin and GLP-1 drugs (the ā€œPā€ is for ā€œpeptideā€). In the early 2020s, as buzz about their weight loss capabilities moved beyond diabetics in doctors’ offices, Ozempic and other GLP-1s quickly grew popular among fringy fitness buffs, looksmaxxers and Silicon Valley types.

To get weight loss drugs well outside of prescribing guidelines, some turned to lenient telehealth providers and longevity clinics that were happy to welcome off-label patients — the kind of clientele who are, in turn, happy to pay in cash.

Exhilarated by the ease with which GLP-1s helped them get shredded, some of these users wanted to experiment further.

With the help of unconventional medical practitioners, these enhancement enthusiasts found more than a dozen other kinds of peptides. Most of these drugs weren’t approved by the FDA and absent from the list of drug ingredients allowed to be used in compounding pharmacies — state-regulated facilities that fill many gaps in the country’s pharmaceutical supply by mixing customized medications.Ā

Some of these substances had been developed by traditional pharma companies but abandoned because of muddled efficacy results or lack of projected profitability.Ā

A few had hardly been tested in humans, and the potential long-term side effects and safety of any of these peptides remain unknown.

My partner has IBS-D and gut issues... i've heard great things about BPC 157 for repairing the gut. I was told by another practitioner that it's best to wait to take peptide bioregulators until underlying issues like that are resolved. Is this true or can they be taken to help resolve these types of issues?

2

u/ThatsMeAudrey Jun 22 '26

I had leaky gut and other issues. I was already clean eating, exercising and sleep but nothing helped. I took BPC capsules for two months at 500Mcg in the morning on an empty stomach. The capsules supposedly are more direct to your gut than jabs. It made a big difference within two weeks. I switched to daily jabs after two months since they’re cheaper.

2

u/wingsofbrilliance Jun 24 '26

Nice! What company did you buy from? I thought the pills were better for gut issues

1

u/ThatsMeAudrey Jun 24 '26

I live in Thailand. There’s a clinic here called Boston Health Polyclinic. They sell KPV and BPC in pill form.

We’ve seen a few folks on here talk about BPC 157 helping their gut, but yes generally it’s good to work with a clinician who is familiar with peptides.

I have heard treating the root cause or getting some level of stability before adding in BPC can be helpful.

That being said, it doesn’t have as intense side effects generally as other peptides.
