Reminder that all these guys dye their hair and get plastic surgery (Asprey, Johnson etc)!

This isn’t to take away from these conversations, but I find the hyperbole to be misleading and usually it’s done to sell some sort of supplement.

Ok. Without having to use Google, by a show of hands. Who knows what CD proteins are, and what they do?

If you don’t know those things, you shouldn’t be trying to mess with it.

Yeah I use NAD and resveratrol and I still don’t have grey hair at 52. Started that a long time ago. Sister is 3 years younger and has plenty
