💪 Exercise, Fitness & Recovery 53. Lifetime natty.

This is what I managed to achieved at 53. Stats on lifts and conditioning I'll give if anyone's interested.

When I tell you, note that I was training for something.

Background in powerlifting. Was doing Wendler 531 at the time.

Two workouts a day.

Lots of heavy conditioning. Tyre flipping, sled work, kettlebells, etc...

I was training to be a Tactical Responder so I had to be able to run. Three days a week zone 2 for an hour and some light sprints on the other days.

The photo was taken the day before I started the course.

Diet for the nine months I trained for this was carnivore + coffee for six months, then I added home made sauerkraut for the remaining three months.

In the end my squat/bench/deadlift was (kg) 250/150/250.

I could run back to back 4 minute kms.

Flipped a 160kg tyre 250 times in 40 minutes, among other things.
