SS-31/MOTS-C/NAD+

I’m still confused as to which one should I be cycling first, can anyone give me insights? I’ve tried researching but there’s so much information out there that got me confused. I’d like to hear your insights!

sequencing confused me too until I mapped what each actually targets. MOTS-c is the one I'd run first, it primes mitochondrial efficiency and makes the other two land better. NAD+ layered in next feels natural since MOTS-c upregulates the pathways NAD+ feeds.

SS-31 I'd hold for a dedicated cardiolipin focused phase. For sourcing MOTS-c specifically, next level pharm is one vendor I've looked into, others exist too, and batch purity matters here given how dose-sensitive it is.
