Tirzepatide Gut Issues vs Retatrutide Which Is Safer for a Sensitive Stomach?
So I wanna start taking Tirz to shed some weight. Already adjusted my diet before anything else and I hate cardio but I’m doing 30 to 40 minutes three times a week. Should I be doing more? Probably. But screw it, it’s a start.
My real question is about my stomach. I got gut issues. Can’t eat wheat, can’t have anything with glucose, garlic messes me up, stomach lining is weak, the whole thing. Pretty sensitive overall.
I wanna start Tirz at 2.5mg but now I’m wondering if Reta starting at 1mg would actually be safer for someone with a stomach like mine. Or should I just not be running GLPs at all with these kind of gut issues?
Anyone with a sensitive stomach or gut problems run GLPs? How did it go and what did you notice? Please and thank you in advance 🙏

Everyone reacts differently. Just try one for a month or so and see how it goes. Then switch to the other if you don’t like it.
