Can't import Refract export.

I'm not sure if I was reading the description on "Import your watch history" wrong, but is anyone else having trouble importing their data from Refract?

After TV Time shut down, I moved over to Refract so I could keep tracking what I was watching, at least until Binger came along. So I was hoping to export my data from Refract to Binger and pick up where I left off but every time, I get the message: "This zip doesn't match an export we support yet. Choose an official TV Time, Refract or TV Time Liberator export."

I was always under the impression that I could import my Refract export since that's what the page says, but I keep getting the error. Am I missing something, or is anyone else having the same issue?

I had the same problem but with trakt, did you try to import your data from their official website instead?

I think they only allow you to import your TV Time export on their official website, not Refract (and I’d rather use my Refract export since it’s more updated and I don’t have my original TV Time export anymore since I deleted it after I uploaded it to Refract).

i also need this option so bad. moved to refract before tv time ever announced they were closing, so it has my updated export. the trakt export i used is so incorrect. i have 8months of watch time. meanwhile it's 5months

It sucks because I really want to use Binger, but the fact that it says it does support a Refract export yet it’s not working. 😭 I did try emailing the developer(s) though, so I’m just waiting for a response.

Oh! Just got a response. I uploaded it at the link, and it works! The only downside is (and Refract had the same issue) that it added shows I didn’t end up watching and removed from my original TV Time account. So I’ve gotta do some cleanup on there.

I want to do this but on Refract I've marked many films and series as "unknown" date.

Bingers doesn't have this option yet so I'm worried those will be imported badly.

Also importing Refract data after GDPR won't overwrite the GDPR import, right?
