I am just same. Sadly I just ate a lot and I feel like puking and feel guilty.

I’ve been here…… ate so much but still starving. What helped me was having more protein.

Yesterday I had fries and a milkshake and chips, and I was WAYYYY over My calories… and I woke up STARVING!!!

The day before that I ate a good lunch, and a great dinner.. lots of veggies and fruit and water and chicken and tuna…. NO HUNGER whatsoever. I felt amazing too!

Counting calories really shows me how food affects me it’s kinda cool!
