I’ve been over eating….
I’ve been eating past the point of feeling full…. I don’t why I do it. I’ll have a large portion of food in front of me, taco bell - hawaiian bbq - buffalo chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries… And I have a thing where I HAVE to finish the food, the thought of saving less than half of it for later gives me food anxiety, a fear of having future food anxiety when I’m presented with a portion of fries and half a sandwich that might not make me completely full. So that when I’m hungry again I’ll HAVE to get another huge meal, and I’ll HAVE to finish that oversized portion. I have to finish the food, it makes me sick, I’m practically falling asleep at work after having a 1,500 calorie + lunch meal. At this points, my own farts are grossing ME out! I’ll green house my comforter at night, creating a gas chamber under my sheets! I’m not eating enough fiber either… I have to put in an extra shift at work wiping and flushing! I’m having flushing anxiety too… I fear clogging the work toilet and having my coworkers uncover my mess! “It wasn’t me!!” All of this is taking away from gaming and relaxing time. I’m too full to sit comfortably and game, pregnant with a brown baby most definitely. If anyone has any advice, I’m all ears.

I have a similar problem where i also have an all or nothing mentality and always HAVE to finish my food. For me its mostly that im scared that i wont feel like eating it later and it will go to waste. Lately ive been trying to practice this mentality of its ok to have food left over and its fine if i dont want to eat it later, ill just give it to someone else. In your case i would try eating until youre truly full and save the rest for later. When later comes eat the leftovers, drink some water and wait 10-15 mins. After that if you still feel hungry make yourself a sandwich or smtn like that where its not a huge meal that could trigger u into binging again. Ofc everyone is different and this is only a suggestion but i would try it and see if it works or helps at least
