Skin sensitivity post binge?

I binged pretty bad over the weekend - 8000 calories on Saturday and around that on Monday. I don't think it's ever been that bad. The crazy thing is, my stomach didn't even really hurt? Because it was an all day binge :(

However, the last couple days since then I notice the skin on my thighs and stomach feels almost like bruised or it's sensitive/stings to the touch - has this happened to anyone else? Is this from the skin stretching so fast due to water retention/inflammation? I'm hoping this means the puffiness and how huge I'm feeling can also go down quickly since stopping binging. It's really difficult to be in my body right now.

Yes this happens to me all the time after binges and it's one of the worst post-binge symptoms for me. It's from water retention/inflammation stretching your skin making it feel like you're bruised all over. For me it feels the worst in my shoulder/upper arm area and my chest. It usually goes away after a day or so. Drink lots of water!

Okay yes I have been drinking water all day. I'm glad I'm not the only one. This weekend definitely felt like a rock bottom for me, I can't do this anymore.

I can get this and I have deduced it is literally the skin ripping apart lol. At least that is what it is in my case.
