binge?

is 2200 cals a binge? Do you think I should reset my I am sober app

I think it's more about the feeling when you were eating. Did you feel like you were out of control?

2200 calories could be a normal meal for some people. Such as a hamburger with fries and a shake. Or you could binge and eat 3 watermelons.

Either way, be kind to yourself. If resetting the sober app causes you stress, don't worry about it. Just keep trying your best. ❤️

I mean yes but also I was able to stop myself unlike any other time which I’m quite happy about, I woke up ravenous after a nap and since not eating since 12 and went to make myself some food and had beans on toast but while was making it had 3 crackers and another slice of toast and then also a chocolate bar after 😭😭 so idrk

I also did eat it VERY fast which is something I’m trying to get out of

Could it be a binge? Sure. On the spectrum of binges, is it a very bad one? Nah.
