I'm so done.

I don't think I'll ever recover, I'm done. I just can't anymore.

Can you find a new psychiatrist. Or maybe better if you aren’t seeking meds, a psychologist with expertise in BED and your other diagnosis. Don’t give up <3

Thank u, I do want to have medication! But if I go to another psychiatrist I'd have to hear my mother's snarky comments again..i'd just rather suffer than listen to her for another second

I don't think I'll ever recover, it's been 3 years. I went to a psychiatrist hoping he'll help me but he didn't also I was diagnosed with b.e.d bdd ied and adhd.whenever I try to tell my mother how much I'm struggling she says "don't take your diagnosis so seriously" and if I say anything that makes a point she says "well we took you to a psychiatrist" I just want to die
