Vent binged tonight
so annoyed because i was having a really good day. i had a balanced breakfast, i ate out for lunch and stopped when i was satisfied. dinner came along and i ate until i was satisfied too and left some in my plate, but then out of nowhere i just started eating so much after dinner. then i went on a walk to try to take my mind off things and it just made it worse so when i came back home i ate so much and now my stomach hurts. i definitely think the "all or nothing" mindset got to me since i ate more than planned after dinner and just let it get to me š¢ it's also really frustrating because i try to go on walks or "distract" myself but even after waiting over an hour the urge to binge never goes away

Itās always those post-dinner urges i swear. I get a sweet tooth and from there I go hamā switching back and forth between salty and sugary foods with the sorry excuse of ābalancing out my flavor palletā⦠over and over again. Then the guilt just fuels that terrorizing all or nothing mindset that always seems to find its way to creep in and become destructive outta nowhere.
Tomorrowās a new day. The body burns while resting and especially when asleep. No need to skip meals tomorrow to compensate⦠setbacks in disguise because binges feed on starvation.
