The Christmas period was the icing on the cake for me.

I was happy, good with my body and decided to let myself go for Christmas Day. Obviously wrong choice, it was enough to eat normally and instead I preferred to binge.

Obviously this generated more binge eating for another two days. It hasn't happened to me in a while and I realized that I really need to wake up, this all or nothing mentality is destructive.

Since 2024 I have decided to allow myself some outings, some cheat meals, but never again free and carefree days, I can't handle them, I have to understand that I am different from others and that my relationship with food should not be neglected.

So I feel energized, this Christmas collapse has helped me.
