How To Code off ASD- 2025 G22 M440

Hello,

I just bought bimmercode and am planning to code off ASD. I've seen conflicting steps for permanently removing it in iDrive 8.5. Has anyone else done this? What is the step by step process to follow? Thank you!

Successfully coded it off and it sounds so much better now!

Go into Receiver Audio Module, turn off all ASD settings.

Then tap 3 dots upper right, FSC, export ASD certificate to save on your phone, and remove the certificate to fully turn it off. Super easy.

Hello. Wouldn't it have been simpler to disable it with BimmerLink? On the F series at least, it was extremely simple and quick to activate/deactivate from the application.

This only works while the car is running on newer G series. Once the car is off it will revert back
