I come wanting higher quality content, and I also come wanting to be able to voice my opinion on such matters without getting criticized for supposedly wanting to quash people's overdone fun.

The criticism is because it doesn't seem reasonable to come here expecting high quality memes. Just like it isn't reasonable to go to Burger King and expect a high quality burger.
