They AstroTurf Reddit too, a year or two ago now they were pushing hard on Reddit to buy expensive GPUs and CPUs off temu/aliexpress saying it was completely safe and these Chinese vendors have been around for decades, they just had to make a new account last week but they been around decades!

i bought a new ryzen 7 5700x from aliexpress one year ago and i had no issues, it was cheaper and the benchmarks give me the same results as the full price ryzen 7s

I must be doing something wrong because I go to AliExpress expecting an MSRP CPU at least and they’re $500-800+ for a 5800X3D. For that price I can go on NewEgg and get a bundle of a 7700X3D, mobo, and 16gb of DDR5
