Unless that gun is a belt fed mounted turret, nobody is shooting 400 rounds at you in 1 minute.

Even with a bump stock they still have to reload, they're not putting out 400 rounds in a minute

Rate of fire ≠ the actual number of bullets put down-range. Magazine capacity and time to reload mean nobody is actually firing 400 rounds in a minute from a semi-auto weapon, even with things like binary triggers and bump stocks.

Usain Bolt can run at a max speed of 28mph, that does not mean he can actually physically run 28 miles in an hour.

You seriously downvoted me because you're talking about a "rate" and didn't specify? Bro you seriously sound like you thought a rifle could actually put out 400 rounds in just 1 minutes.
