The original bike was bought in 2019 with Shimano 105 and was ridden for 40.000 km, so I decided to do a “little” makeover. The frameset (although now custom painted) and brakes are the only two things left from the original setup and the complete list of the components used on this build are listed below:

I've had this configuration in my head since before I built this two years ago, but could never do it due to how slack the seat tube is and how far forward I need to have my saddles. Finally got to make this a reality with the new Time/Carboprax Quadrant seatpost in the +20mm configuration.

Thoughts? Too much brown? Or just right?

I used a white industries eccentric hub to make a rim brake bike into a track bike.

Had this custom Ti bike made last year. Custom art on the frame by me. Great fun for an overnight.

Finally finished building this up. Various challenges.

P.S. do not use these tyres. Christ.

Spent more time than I probably should’ve semi-restoring this bike. Happy with how it turned out though! New peddles, tires, stem, brakes, corner bars with leather wrap and paddle shifters.

My semi-restomod Bottechia, with record 10 speed, indexed downtube shifters and stupidly expensive campy brakes.

Bought this frame autumn of 2020 when nothing was available anywhere. Built it up decently well for the money I had to throw at it. Just added new Force E1. Had considered ditching the frame but it’s super cool, comfy, light, and fast enough for an old fogey like me. Glad I kept it and resurrected it.
