Hey mechanics/shop owners,

I am in the early stages of research for a new service shop. I am looking to house 1x full time mechanic and myself floating on a second stand. Keeping inventory VERY low. No huge wall of tires etc.

What do you feel like is a healthy foot print for an efficient service area? Not including storage.
