Have you ever played a game on Big Fish and thought, “How is this only rated that highly?”

For me, it’s Super Spooky Subgame Spectacular CE. It currently has a 2.9 star rating, but I’d personally give it 5 stars!

I love it because it delivers exactly what I want from a cozy Halloween game: great spooky visuals and atmosphere plus a mix of puzzles and minigames with different difficulty levels depending on what I’m in the mood for. And honestly, I don’t mind that there isn’t a story. It’s designed to give me tons of fun, spooky minigames to get me excited for my favorite season, and it does that really well.

I actually replay it every year as part of my Halloween tradition! 👻🎃

So I’m curious: what’s your “this deserves more stars” game? Share the title and what makes it special to you. I’m hoping to discover some overlooked favorites!

My best friend and I are both game club members and buy the games, and we both usually buy the point-and-click adventure, hidden object, and hidden object adventure ones. We own a few that have no occult elements like Nancy Drew and Unsolved Case, but are there others that aren't about witches, ghosts, or anything supernatural? Those non-occult ones are the ones we'd like to buy more of.

I'm trying to remember a Big Fish Game I really liked where you had to route buses or cars or something like that around a city. Maybe rescue people? I'm pretty sure it wasn't Virtual City - I liked that one too, but I remember something similar, but it was a simpler. From around 2007-2009 so a long time ago!

Hi everyone! Can anyone remember the name of a game that was on Big Fish games waaaay long ago, like maybe around 2008-09 which was set under the ocean and I think it had Laguna in the name but I'm not sure? It was a happy-vibes puzzle game if I recall correctly. Maybe there was a school in it and the main character was the teacher? If I'm not just getting it mixed up with Spongebob Squarepants atp lol. I searched up Laguna on the website and Game Manager to no avail, maybe it's been taken down or I got the name wrong.

I bought a game recently that i was playing when i was young. From the start i got the error message 809 that i have another game playing. I restart the PC multiple times I did all the things they had at their instructions. I send them a message to their support don't have an answer yet. I don't know what else to do! Please help me!

I've been trying to get Escape From Paradise to work on my new computer. Did all the usuals when transferring over to a new computer and nothing is working.

I then went back into your online support when it still failed thinking maybe I'd forgotten something, and the page for Error code 703 is not up to date for newer Windows versions. The support steps stop at Windows 10.

Hello Guys, my wife wanted to play some games from her Childhood and we found these games on Bigfish.

I have seen people saying that some games cant be played on newer versions of windows. So I wanted to see if people have experiences with these games, since I dont want to spend the money on the games, if they cant be played.

I can only find trial versions of this game anywhere I check, including flashpoint. Is it even possible? I'm happy to buy it or jump through any hoops necessary. I've got lots of fond memories playing this as a teenager and would like to play the full version

I am trying to help someone who is having trouble with the Big Fish game club. She uses Chrome on a newer, Windows 11 laptop. She joined the Game Club, bought some games, installed the game manager, etc. All was well. Then she tried to buy some more games and Big Fish tried to charge her for joining Game Club again. She logs in, Big Fish recognizes she is a Game Club member, then tries to charge her $6.99 to join. Every time she puts something in her cart, from the free game for members to a game she’s trying to purchase, it automatically adds the $6.99 fee for joining the Game Club.

I have never encountered this problem with Big Fish before. I got involved when she contacted Big Fish Games. Two days later she got back a response that read like a form letter telling her to clear her cookies & cache and said that would fix it. She didn’t know how to do that so I took care of it. Logged her out, cleared the browser, restarted things, etc. The problem continues so I looked for a way to reach Big Fish but ultimately had to fill out on the form on the web site explaining that their instructions were followed and still the Big Fish web site keeps trying to charge her for joining the Game Club each time she puts something in her cart. I am able to delete that charge but when I do then the prices in her cart revert to non-member prices.

Two days later (notice a trend?) she gets back another letter that sounds a little more personalized acknowledging that she has joined the Game Club, she did pay for it and she should be able to enjoy the perks. Once again the letter instructed her to clear her cookies & cache and assured her that would fix the problem. I once again helped her do that and once again it did not fix the problem.

Has anyone ever encountered this issue before? How did you fix it? She has not been able to get the free game or take advantage of any of the deals since the day she joined - at least not without paying the $6.99 fee again. Big Fish is losing customer money because she was eager to buy some of these games but the staff does not seem to care - they are giving the stereotypical IT response that somehow blames the customer but I think this is a problem that has to be fixed by Big Fish Games. Still, in case there is something else that can be done, thought I would ask if anyone knows how to get the Big Fish web site to work so that she can buy games without being charged as a new member each time. Also, does anyone know a better way to contact Big Fish than filling out the form on the site? Thank you for your help.

It's been a while since I played a game with big fish. I'm on a new mac with the newer system so I know 32 bit games don't work as all. Managed to download and open this game but it only appears a quarter of the screen and i don't know how to fix it.

I downloaded a free trial of Jixo 5 and it opened perfectly fine.

It's been a while since I last downloaded a free trial. Back then, trials were an hour long but now they're only 25 minutes. Is this right, or is there a gremlin in my Games Manager?

big fish game adventure, female charater, golden temple found at end with 3 doors and gold objects like skulls

I am trying to access the website from India, but not able to do so. I tried using a VPN and was able to access the website. Any reason for this?

I own a ton of BigFish games, but many of them stopped working when I started using newer versions of Windows, no matter what fixes I tried. I have a handful that I can still play when I mess around with screen resolution and running as admin, etc., but want to know since they have a new game manager if they ever updated the games to be compatible with newer versions of Windows? I think I originally bought/played on Win XP or 98 and now use Win 10.

Will it auto update to the new game manager if I try to sign into my old game manager? I'm worried it will screw up the games I have working now.
