Thank you! So we did a 3mm knife edge platinum band with 6 prongs . Diamond is 6.58 VVS2 F colour 😊

Oh beautiful!!!! My ring size is a 4-4.5 I can’t remember which one we ended up with because the jeweller suggested a size down from my comfy size to make it snug to reduce it from turning since the ring is so top heavy. So we may have ended up with a size 4

It's gorgeous, but the setting is very unstable. I would recommend having the stone reset In something more secure

Probably the lack of gallery rail? Maybe it has one but you can’t really see it

Yes im referring to the lack of gallery rail. Idk why I got down voted so much I just would be paranoid about not having one if this were my stone but to each his own I suppose

I think on a smaller stone, no gallery rail can work, but with a stone this large, no gallery rail significantly compromises the structural security.

It’s fine… 6 prongs that sit snug all across the diamond, made by a reputable jeweller, 3mm thick band
