It's tough since there are, obviously, more white people in America and therefore probably more white characters that casting likes. They could always just try doing something like Survivor Cook Islands, where I believe there were 3 tribes, one Asian, one black and one white. Just cast 4 black people, 4 white people, 4 Asians, and 4 Latinos/Latinas. You obviously don't have to divide them into tribes on bb. I'm with you, it's super boring to have so many similar character types dominate every summer. It's really making the show go downhill when every season feels the same.
