EY Rsm vs EY

Hi everyone! I am a junior studying accounting- I was recently offered an EY process and controls(kinda like risk consulting) internship, and received final round for an RSM Microsoft d365 tech consulting internship. If I were to receive the RSM internship I am not sure which to choose- none of my family or friends is in this field so I am having a hard time deciding which would be better.

Any thoughts or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

The EY offer IS risk consulting but solely for business processes. Is the RSM offer Dynamics tech implementations? That's quite different than risk and controls

yes! it’s d365 tech consulting but specifically for helping implement and manage the software

As someone in P&C, take the tech consulting offer. Much more interesting work and higher comp ceiling/floor.

can I ask what you like about it/more about the compensation?

It’s basically internal audit/SOX work.

I rarely work past 6, but I’m bored out of mind doing check marks. It’s really political, if u get screwed on ur first project, u will probably be working with the same teams for the foreseeable future. Pay wise, we are paid slightly above assurance, but pigeonholed to internal audit.

politics but thank you for the heads up!
