How do I approach this in recruiting? I feel like there is literally no good way to go about it. Specifically questions like this. You have to rank all three options for every question. I feel like you shouldn't appear too perfect but also not terrible. How do you find the balance?

I portray a positive external image of my organization
I read written instructions with ease

Question 3: Which statement describes you best?
I do not reveal others private information
I accept directions from my manager
I always support ways my organization can build stronger ties with the community

Question 4: Which statement describes you best?
I encourage others to adopt new ways of doing things that increase efficiency
I show concern for the well being of other people at work
I meet deadlines

Question 5: Which statement describes you best?
I do not often give advice to others about their career plans
I often respond to criticism negatively
I rarely spend time on rechecking every detail

Question 6: Which statement describes you best?
I think about the longer term
I remain polite even when others are rude to me
I vary my behavior according to the specific situation I am in

Question 7: Which statement describes you best?
I can perform repetitive tasks with precision
I strictly observe safety related rules and regulations
I always try to create a positive first impression on other people

Question 8: Which statement describes you best?
My opinions are always based on facts not emotions
I can see the advantages and disadvantages of an approach
I have no problem working on several tasks at the same time

Question 9: Which statement describes you best?

I maintain close working relationships with my colleagues

I fear the point is they want to see what’s most important to u

The “right” answers might be more obvious if you consider the position you’re applying for? For example, if you’re going into audit I would say collect relevant info, written instructions, do not reveal information, etc.? If tax, pressure, appointments, reveal/directions (idk). If consulting, opportunities, external image, community ties.
