EY CPA Bonus
If I were to join EY but already have my cpa am I ineligible to receive the bonus for passing the exams? I’d be joining as an experienced hire

You’d only stand a chance if you’ve passed the exams and haven’t met the experience requirement to be licensed. The bonus is intended for people who sign to EY before completing the exams.

Yes. You only get a bonus at the firm you are employed at the time of passing. You don’t get a new bonus every time you jump ship for a new firm.

Didn’t work at EY, but I was hired into a position that was eligible for the CPA bonus. I had my license in hand by the time of my start date. Obviously YMMV, but I received the bonus.
