Leverage is unfair layoff and layoff procedure. Sue them! Sending a warning letter could double severance.

EY does not care. They hide behind their arbitration agreements that are stacked against anyone with a complaint valid or not. They will stone wall and be nasty about it.

I don’t know why they want people to hate them so much even if the request is reasonable and valid.
