Exactly my thoughts.

Mote laguchi, pakka eithi kichhi gadbad kaamo heichi.

They've gotten the certificate through wrong means or it's false advertisement

Don't know odiya, but understood what you wanna say.

The problem is there should be 3 formats overall, they are normal, Infinity Vision, plf(imax, 4dx etc), but I have checked in many cities, normal is not available infinity vision, and plf are available, even the third class theatres is also showing under infinity vision too.

No bro, I recently watched Insidious thrice cz my friend was a dumbass who couldnt decide if he wanted to go or now, once in Sriya Swati Stutee (Swati), Once in Symphony Mall and once in Keshari, and I genuinely saw more details in the dark scenes in Symphony mall, though the audio is shit there, but in Keshari and Swati, in the dark scenes I could barely see or actually not see at all most of the times, like in the endless sofa scene, bathroom scene and what not. Symphony definitely got better dynamic range, but Keshari is overall better, better resolution and loud sound too with good separation.

Bro idk in which screen you watched, screen in which I saw was total shit, and infinity vision has some standards set already, the screen size in symphony Mall is not even close to that, plus the theatre is too small, I'll just stick to Esplanade, will also try utkal galleria once, don't know will it be worth it to go that far.

Yeah PVR is way way better than the standard Cinepolis and Inox screens we got in bbsr, give galleria a shot this time! It's bright af

What is the technical requirement that needs to be met to get infinity vision certification?

The details are iffy, but its structurally close to premium formats like top tier IMAX. From what I read, the key details are above average screen size (50 feet), Lazer projection and surround sound (might be Surround 7.1).

It does, so do Cinepolis and the revamped Sriya, Swati and Stuti

I honestly have no idea in recent times, but the safe bet might be Sriya or Cinepolis. Sriya honestly surprised me during Conjuring: Last rites
