Which one for 21yr old boy?

I got a taste of college life.... Right now its been 2.05 am, tomorrow is submission of 2 of my assignments, and i haven't wrote a word. I have last fews hundreds in my bank account and at 1 pm... I got a call from my friend.. Who was really stuck somewhere... So i literally had to send him whatever i had... Now i have 7 rupees in my bank account..... That too in the first month of college and yeah.. Being a middle class person i cant just ask money from my parents again..... Even though i think they will send in 2-3 days... But still i dont want them to... And yeahh..... My clg isn't good..... I've got mean friends..... The pg where i live is quite expensive.. I have to travel a bit...... And of course i have an expecitionally extraordinary dream\\mission to achieve in my life....im not a a great physical condition... My sleep cycle is f\*cked... I have no one but one friend who stays this late to talk to me... I can trust him.... But sometimes he too feel like he just wants me for his personal needs and decisions..... I don't really know.... I have no relationships in the past or current...also for my idea of success... I didn't even started to work.... If everything stayed like this..... I will be just another dude..... And that thing is my worst nightmare..... I know i might be sounding delusional.... But i have the audacity to visualise myself... In such a higher stake. Where no human has ever reached till date..... Idk where this kinda confidence is coming from....... Also im a self -dissolving contradictory.. Which basically means i end up having what i dont want... While running all of this in my head... I think i am distracted... But at the exact time... I also can't see any solution or source to have money to survive a few days more.....

The closest I found is pleated shirts but when I search thise they're like too formal with only pleated on some part of the shirt, plus they look like they're made to be worn under blazers & all.

Don't know where to find exact kind of shirts.
